» Why do I have to include my credit card number?
You will be required to submit a credit card number at the time of booking. The hotels need your credit card number to hold your room and to send a confirmation number.
» What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
Cancellation can be made up to 24 hrs prior to arrival at NO CHARGE. After this limit the cost of the FIRST NIGHT will be charged to your credit card.
» Once I have made my reservation, will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel?
Yes, an email will be sent as confirmation of your reservation together with a personal code that will allow you to change and modify your reservation.
» What credit card types are accepted for guarantee/deposit?
Amex, VISA, MasterCard, Diners.
» My credit card number is correct, but the hotel is not accepting it. Why?
There are a few possibilities:
-Your card type is not accepted at the hotel.
-The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.
-You have reached your credit limit.
-There is a computer error.
» Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport?
Pick-up can be arranged on request.
» Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, etc)?
The hotel staff will do their best to accomodate special requests. We cannot guarantee room location because it is subject to availability.
» Is the room rate per person or per night?
Price per room per night including American Buffet Breakfast, Tax & Service.
» Our children will be with us... do the stay free?
Usually children under 3 stay for free in their parent's room using the existing bedding.
» Are rollaway beds/cribs available?
Our Hotel offers rollaway beds and cribs. Not all room types will allow rollaway beds.
» What are the directions to the hotel?

» I should receive a discounted rate. How do I get this?
The rates displayed are the only rates available for reservations. If you are entitled to receive any special discounts, you will need to contact the hotel directly by email or fax.
» How do I get to the Hotel Nova Domus from Fiumicino International Airport?
The Air Terminal for Fiumicino International Airport (also known as Leonardo da Vinci Airport) is located inside Termini Rail Station which is only 5 km away.. To arrive from Ciampino Airport (Rome's second airport and where Go and Ryanair flights arrive) we suggest the Go courtesy bus which leaves guests at Termini Railway Station. Alternatively a taxi from either airport will cost approximately 45 Euro.
» Is breakfast included in the Room Rate?
Yes, a rich buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. You may help yourself to an array of breakfast items including cereals, fresh milk, yoghurt, fresh seasonal fruit, prunes, pineapple, fruit salad, home made pastries and cakes, ham, salami, boiled eggs, fresh bread, rolls, butter, marmelade, jams, fresh fruit juices, teas, coffees and cappuccino.
» When are you open?
